WasteMate 120 for indoor environments
Indoor configuration with mains charging instead of a solar panel: suited to stations, galleries, malls and covered public areas where grid power is available.
WasteMate is the smart compacting litter bin line manufactured by WasteMates B.V. (Netherlands), part of the Belgian Traflux group. Bunder is the official distributor in Italy for Traflux intelligent WasteMates litter bins. Official distributor

It combines an internal vertical press, mains power (no solar panel on top) and fill-level sensing that can connect to your litter-bin fleet platform.
Hot-dip galvanised steel with powder coating and stainless details suits stations, galleries, malls and other covered indoor public spaces.
When the bin is full the deposit flap can lock and the platform is notified to schedule emptying.

Answers for your project
Can the WasteMate 120 be used outdoors?
Yes: the outdoor version uses hot-dip galvanised steel with powder coating and stainless steel components.
How does it reduce emptying frequency?
The internal press increases effective capacity; fill sensors and the platform help you service bins only when needed.
What is the difference between WasteMate 120 and 240?
Both include a press and monitoring; 120 L nominal volume suits moderate flows, 240 L suits high-traffic sites. See the guide on how to choose a compacting bin in Insights for a structured comparison.
Does the indoor version have a solar panel?
No: the indoor configuration uses mains charging, without a photovoltaic module on top.
How can I get the technical datasheet or brochure?
Up-to-date datasheets, brochures and design data are not available for download on this site. Contact us via the contact page or write to info@bunder.it to request the documentation.
